Sarwenaz is a partner in the Vorys Berlin office. As a dual qualified lawyer (Germany / England & Wales), she advises on a spectrum of EU, German and UK antitrust law questions and has significant experience advising global luxury and consumer brands on their distribution strategy including the implementation and enforcement of selective or exclusive distribution systems. Having worked on the first European pilot case regarding online sales restrictions brought, she has more than 14 years’ experience in advising clients on how to integrate online and third-party marketplace sales into their omnichannel approach without putting brand integrity at risk. Sarwenaz routinely represents clients in proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office, the EU Commission and the UK Competition and Markets Authority and has worked in international law firms in Germany, France, the UK and the US.
