Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 4 or more weeks before event – full refund less 20% handling charge

Cancellation less than 4 weeks before event – no refund is available, although an alternate delegate can be sent as a substitute. Alternatively the booking can be transferred to the 2027 event.

Physical Event Cancellation due to UK government restrictions on live events

Where the UK government introduces such restrictions whereby a physical event cannot be held, the event will be postponed until 2027. All delegate bookings will be valid for the 2026 event at 2025 rates.
