Her areas of expertise include advising on distribution strategies best suited to protect and grow brands, revamping outdated distribution models, executing legal strategies to remove unauthorized sellers, counseling brands on antitrust and pricing policy considerations in the United States, and advising brands how to expand to international online marketplaces, including Amazon (.ca, .mx., .br), Mercado Libre (South America), Tmall and JD (China) and Coupang (Korea).
