Nick is an experienced General Counsel and senior leader with over 25 years of legal expertise in the hospitality sector, advising developers, investors, and operators. For the past two years, he has served as General Counsel at Rocco Forte Hotels, providing legal support and strategic direction across Europe and guiding the company’s expansion into the Middle East, North America, and beyond. Previously, Nick spent a couple of years as Interim General Counsel at Maybourne Hotels. His move in-house followed 15 years as leader of Norton Rose Fulbright’s global hotels group, firstly in the Middle East and later in London.
