Keith Markel has over twenty-five years of experience in counseling and mitigating employment-related risks, effectively negotiating disputes and aggressively defending claims in court on behalf of luxury fashion brands, beauty and wellness companies and various retailers, among others. Brands turn to Keith to address a wide range of employment matters, including wage and hour issues, independent contractor classifications, medical accommodation and leave requests, and terminations and reductions in force. Everyday Keith is advising human resources and in-house counsel teams on various employment issues, layoffs, updating employee handbooks and providing EEO training, as well as counseling and navigating brands on threatened and actual litigation throughout the country. Keith works hand-in-hand with his clients to give them the attention and quality service they deserve and have become accustomed to receiving from him over the years.
