Ashleigh joined Charlotte Tilbury in 2016 and built its global in-house legal department. Ashleigh sits on the Charlotte Tilbury Executive Committee and is responsible for global legal, compliance & insurance at Charlotte Tilbury. Ashleigh started her career as a corporate lawyer in private practice, where she spent time on secondment to Volkswagen Group. Following this, Ashleigh was in-house legal counsel at Domino’s Pizza UK & IRL plc and Selfridges Group.
