Julia is Of Counsel in Baker McKenzie's London IP and Technology Team. She specialises in brand and copyright advisory and litigation. She advises a variety of clients in the luxury and fashion, consumer goods & retail, technology and digital industries on copyright, trade mark, design and new technologies issues, and strategically advises on and runs litigation and enforcement matters both regionally and globally. A large part of her practice over recent years has been advising both creative and technology companies on the implications of new AI technologies including on intellectual property considerations and broader regulatory and compliance issues.
