Mark Sorensen is SVP and Corporate Counsel at Wheels Up, a leading provider of on-demand private aviation and the first private aviation company to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Wheels Up offers a complete global aviation solution with a large and diverse fleet and a global network of safety vetted charter operators, as well as unique commercial travel benefits through a partnership with Delta Air Lines. As Senior Vice President, Mark oversees the company's corporate legal functions, including M&A, strategic partnerships, corporate governance and SEC compliance.

Prior to joining Wheels Up, Mark was a corporate associate in the New York office of Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman).
