Jessica Wolfe leads Global Luxury Licensing and Development for TOM FORD and Balmain Beauty. Jessica assumed this role following Estée Lauder Companies acquisition of the TOM FORD brand and is responsible to oversee the portfolio of luxury Fashion and Eyewear Licensees. Prior to this role, she served as VP, International Marketing for TOM FORD BEAUTY and Balmain Beauty. In that role, she was responsible for stewarding brand equity, while guiding the markets in locally-relevant go-to-market execution.

Prior to this role, Jessica served as VP, Global Marketing for Face, Skincare, and Promotional Marketing at TOM FORD BEAUTY. Prior to her roles at TOM FORD BEAUTY, Jessica led transformation across Marketing, Creative, and Field Education at The Estée Lauder Companies, in addition to overseeing its Global Creative Center of Excellence. In this capacity, Jessica was responsible for talent, processes, and technologies in order to elevate capabilities at The Estée Lauder Companies and set the organization up for future continued successes. Her role spanned the companies’ portfolio of 25+ brands across all regions around the globe.

Prior to joining The Estée Lauder Companies, Jessica was a Principal at Kearney in their Consumer and Luxury Practice. In this role, Jessica advised multiple consumer companies through large-scale transformation focused on improving brand building, consumer engagement, and overall agility. Prior to that, she was in advertising at an Omnicom agency, TBWA Health. Jessica holds her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University and MBA from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
