Stefania R. Geraci is a VP & Deputy General Counsel at The Estee Lauder Companies, where she provides strategic advice and counsel to ELC’s executives and leads a team of lawyers supporting ELC’s businesses in the Americas and the Travel Retail and Online & Digital global businesses. Prior to joining ELC, Stefania was General Counsel, North America for Luxottica, a world leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of fashion, luxury, sports and performance eyewear. Her unique blend of empathetic listening and non-nonsense advising are the perfect complement to her years of experience on the global. Earlier in her career, Stefania was an Associate at the law firm Hogan Lovells. She is a graduate of The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and Barnard College, Columbia University.
