Caroline serves as Director of Corporate Affairs at Tapestry, Inc., house of iconic accessory and lifestyle brands Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman. In her role at Tapestry, Caroline manages the Company’s U.S. Immigration program including advising the Company’s Human Resources department, business partners, foreign national employees, and candidates and liaising with outside immigration counsel. Caroline is also responsible for global corporate governance, including Tapestry, Inc. Board and Committee governance and meetings, subsidiary governance, SEC and NYSE reporting, and global ethics and compliance reporting. Before joining Tapestry, Caroline worked in the Corporate Secretary's office at MetLife and on the Corporate Legal team at Burlington Coat Factory.
