Julia Straus was CEO of Sweaty Betty, the leading premium activewear brand in the UK with over 90 stores globally. During her five year tenure she helped to grow the brand three-fold and oversaw the sale of the business from private equity ownership to a publicly listed US portfolio company. Prior to Sweaty Betty, Julia helped launch and served as CEO of Tula Skincare, which is now part of P&G. Julia holds a BA from Princeton University and MBA from Harvard Business School. She recently relocated from London to Connecticut with her husband and two daughters.
