Daria Licausi is Senior Counsel, Legal and Business Affairs at Mattel, the owner of Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price, American Girl, Thomas & Friends, UNO, Polly Pocket, and many more. She specializes in licensing and her work focuses on cobranded licensing collaborations, both out-licensed and in-licensed, across fashion, sport, art, and music, as well as promotional license agreements and Mattel’s permissions and licensing practice for use of Mattel IP in third-party advertising and filmed entertainment. Daria began her career in New York at The Jones Group (now Premier Brands Group) as licensing counsel before expanding her practice to include marketing, ecommerce, and general corporate matters. Daria is a graduate of Syracuse University and Brooklyn Law School.
