Danielle Garno is a partner at Holland & Knight LLP, where she leads the Fashion, Beauty and Luxury Goods team and is co-chair of the Entertainment team.  As a transactional and litigation attorney, Ms. Garno largely counsels clients in the fashion, luxury and entertainment industries on matters specific to branding, including startup phase and commercial advice, intellectual property such as trademark and copyright infringement, social media marketing, licensing, advertising and marketing, as well as general business litigation. 

Ms. Garno represents luxury brands and fashion clients of all sizes from startups to multinational, global brands, helping them navigate through legal issues as well as counselling them on growing and sustaining a successful brand.
