John Richards is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig (GT) and Global Co-Chair of the firm’s Retail Industry practice. He helps fashion houses and luxury retailers efficiently and seamlessly manage their legal needs leveraging GT’s vast industry experience and global platform. John co-chairs GT’s DEI group and Workplace Compliance & Counseling group. He partners with clients to mitigate risk and legal spend by proactively counseling on employment and HR compliance.

A leader in furthering the visibility, voice, and advancement of LGBTQ+ lawyers, John has served as Co-Chair of GT’s LGBTQ+ Affinity Group and is active in the LGBTQ+ business community.
