Kate Barry focuses her practice on employment law counseling and business litigation for retail and hospitality clients. She counsels clients on workplace matters, including employee onboarding, performance management, leave and accommodation, and wage and hour compliance, helping employers navigate complex federal and state law obligations. Kate conducts employment investigations and represents employers before the EEOC and state administrative agencies. She also represents clients in business disputes, trade secret and restrictive covenant negotiations, and wage and hour litigation. Kate earned her J.D. magna cum laude from New England Law School and her B.S. magna cum laude from Boston University.
