Kerry Burke is a managing director in Evercore’s corporate advisory practice focused on consumer and retail.

Since joining Evercore, Ms. Burke has advised clients across M&A, private capital raises, IPOs and other public financing transactions. Notable deals include advising on Foot Locker’s acquisition of WSS and of atmos, Coach’s acquisition of Kate Spade, Boll & Branch’s investment by L Catterton, Arbor Investments’ sale of Rise Baking, Petco’s IPO, Academy Sports and Outdoors’ IPO, Levi Strauss’ IPO, Serta Simmons Bedding’s new money financing, and David’s Bridal’s restructuring.

Ms. Burke began her career at J.P. Morgan.

She graduated from Northwestern University, where she earned a B.S. in communication studies and political science and a minor in business institutions. Ms. Burke co-founded the Women in Business club and was on the Varsity Golf team. She also obtained her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
