Maria J. Ayerbe is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Americas at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where she leads commercial legal strategy across the Americas and advises on growth, market expansion, distribution, omnichannel models, retail relationships, real estate, and cross-border initiatives. Since joining ELC in 2014, she has held progressively senior roles across corporate, commercial, and global business functions, including serving as Vice President, Legal Counsel for Travel Retail Worldwide. Maria began her career in New York and Colombia and is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and Universidad de Los Andes. She is multilingual and lives in New York.
