Kerry Brownlee is a partner and member of the anti-counterfeiting and litigation group at Epstein Drangel LLP. In her role, she focuses on, and has had experience with, varied facets of intellectual property spanning various industries, including, but not limited to, issues relating to copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, false advertising, unfair competition, design patents, and licensing. Kerry is an active member of the New York City Bar Association, and currently serves as a member on the Copyright & Literary Property Committee. She is also a member of the Copyright Society of the USA. She is admitted to practice in New York State, as well as before the SDNY, EDNY, and Second Circuit. She graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, magna cum laude, with a concentration in intellectual property, and holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Advertising and Spanish Language & Literature from Syracuse University.
