As an intellectual property specialist, Jen has extensive experience in the licensing, protection and enforcement of valuable intellectual property portfolios. She acts for a number of retailers on a large range of commercial projects, including global franchising and brand licensing, distribution and manufacturing arrangements and joint venture agreements and regularly advises on consumer issues. On the contentious side, she has extensive experience in litigating in the English courts, and regularly provides strategic advice on protecting the value of luxury brands.
