Adrien is counsel in Denton's New York office. He is mostly engaged in the representation of family-owned or PE-backed companies in the US, as well as multinational companies globally, especially in connection with corporate and commercial questions and M&A transactions. He also represents companies, investors and talents in the luxury, fashion and beauty industries. Adrien is a member of Dentons' French desk, a special cross-border practice group composed of bilingual, French-speaking lawyers in many Dentons' offices around the world. Prior to joining Dentons, he has represented investment banks, investors and issuers in corporate equity derivatives trades and capital markets transactions, both as outside and in-house counsel.
