Natalie Newman is Divisional Vice President, Deputy General Counsel Capri Holdings Limited, a global fashion luxury group consisting of Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors. In her role, Ms. Newman is responsible for the group’s worldwide legal and compliance functions, particularly in the areas of retail, litigation, commercial contracts, marketing and advertising, technology, digital, ecommerce, retail, consumer protection, antitrust and data privacy and security. Prior to joining Capri Holdings, Ms. Newman was an attorney in the corporate department of Proskauer Rose LLP, where she specialized in technology, digital and new media transactions as well as data privacy and security law. Ms. Newman earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School and her B.A, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
