Jennifer Rodriguez is Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment at Capri Holdings Limited, a global fashion luxury group consisting of Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors. In her role, Ms. Rodriguez oversees the group’s global labor and employment functions. Ms. Rodriguez started her career as an employment litigation attorney at a law firm and has spent the last 9 years as an in-house employment attorney in the retail and finance industries. Ms. Rodriguez earned her J.D. from Fordham School of Law and her B.A. from Columbia College.
