Penny is a Managing Director and General Counsel at Accordion with over two decades of legal, regulatory, and compliance experience at large multi-national companies in financial services/investment banking and consumer products/retail. At Accordion, she oversees the legal and compliance matters for the firm. Previously, Penny was the Acting General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Revlon Inc. – responsible for the global legal, compliance, and physical security functions of a $2.2B+ iconic consumer products company with a large portfolio of brands, including Elizabeth Arden, offered through omni-channels in over 150 countries. She served as Revlon’s Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors and on Revlon’s executive leadership team.
