Beth is US Deputy Co-Head of M&A. Beth focuses on representing publicly traded and privately held companies, private equity firms and other investors in complex domestic and cross-border corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and financing transactions, across a broad range of industries. She has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in leveraged buyouts and other investment transactions and regularly counsels clients on corporate governance and general securities matters.
