NLRA Issues That Impact Non-Unionized Employers

This session will be exploring the ways in which the National Labor Relations Act impacts non-unionized employers. There will be a particular focus on the need for employers to focus on employer policies (most notably concerning confidentiality, personal conduct, moonlighting, and social media), separation agreements, and post-employment covenants to comply with new interpretations of federal labor law. The speaker also will address the possibility of union organizing drives in luxury retail and how best to prepare.
