There are seven categories for the Luxury Law Awards. We are inviting nominations for individuals and organisations from luxury brands.
To submit a nomination for yourself, an individual, a team or organisation simply click on the Nominate Now button and complete the details.
Entry guidelines
The awards recognise achievements in the 12-month period up to and including May 2025, although it is understood that entries may touch on events prior to this date. For example, a case may have started before then. Equally, a case may not be complete, but a significant landmark may have been reached during the time period.The Awards are free to nominate.

Luxury In House Team of the Year
Open to in-house legal teams at luxury companies
The winner of this category will be an in-house legal team which has proved its value to the business in a demonstrable way, fulfilling its dual role of business facilitator and guardian of its company’s brand. The judges will be looking for evidence of legal expertise, team working, initiative, leadership and a commitment to ESG values.
Luxury General Counsel of the Year
Open to general counsel at luxury companies
The recipient of this award will be a general counsel who has had an exceptional year fulfilling the dual role of business facilitator and guardian of their company’s brand. Alongside measurable evidence of success in meeting their targets, the judges will also be looking to recognise someone who displays soft leadership skills, including mentoring, and a commitment to ESG values.
Fashion Counsel of the Year
Open to fashion counsel at luxury companies
This category sets out to identify a fashion counsel who has had an exceptional year delivering value for their brand, fulfilling the dual role of business facilitator and guardian of their company’s brand. The submission should focus on a single matter or project that exemplifies the individual’s contribution to the business. The judges will be looking for evidence of legal expertise, team working, initiative leadership and a commitment to ESG values.
Rising Star of the Year
This award is aimed at individuals who have demonstrated through their initiatives that they are the leaders of the future in the luxury sector. This category is looking to identify a rising talent who has demonstrated the ability to add real value to the luxury business sector.
Luxury Sustainability Initiative of the Year
Open to an individual or team at luxury companies
This award goes to a leader in luxury who has created an innovative product or service which makes a significant contribution to sustainability in the luxury marketplace. The judges are looking for an innovator who has contributed to the greater good of luxury, led the way in innovative thinking and displayed a commitment to the core values of the sector.
IP Counsel of the Year
Open to IP counsel at luxury companies
This category sets out to identify an IP lawyer who can demonstrate having made an outstanding contribution to the management of their company’s IP assets and protection of the brand. The submission should focus on a single matter or project that exemplifies the individual’s contribution to the business. The judges will be looking for evidence of legal expertise, team working, initiative, leadership and a commitment to ESG values.
Lifetime Achievement of the Year
To be announced at the Luxury Law Summit Milan
