Luca is a lawyer and senior executive with over 20 years of experience managing legal and corporate affairs departments of multinational groups listed on the stock exchange, operating in the international market. His career has developed on international projects in which he has acquired the ability to be a skilled negotiator and manager, coordinating activities and projects of IPOs, M&As, corporate governance, partnerships, and strategic commercial and industrial reorganizations with the support of international staff. In 2008, he joined the Prada Group as head of the legal office. He also held the position of Legal Manager of the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli Team sailing team during the 36th America's Cup.
