Miriam is the firmwide co-chair of the Privacy & Security group and vice-chair of the firm’s Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. Miriam represents retail and technology companies on issues relating to privacy, data security, ecommerce, social media, artificial intelligence, online and mobile advertising, and consumer protection. She has over 15 years of experience working with clients to assess their information practices and develop privacy and security programs that comply with U.S. and international laws, including the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and U.S. privacy laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
