After a significant experience in private practice, I initially joined as legal counsel in a leading multinational company in the field of consumer goods. Then, I joined Molteni&C S.p.A., an Italian company engaged in the manufacture and sale of furniture and kitchens, specialized in high-end segment of the international market, as Head of Legal department and today as Group Head of Legal department reporting to the Group Managing Director & CFO. I’m responsible for all legal matters, worldwide, related to the company, including general civil matters, corporate governance, privacy and compliance matters. I’m also responsible for managing the company’s trademarks, patent registration, designs and related strategies. I provide support to all areas and departments reviewing and drafting all contracts and other legal documents for the distribution channels working closely with sales (contract and retail divisions), marketing and communication, finance, architectural, R&D and IT departments.
