She serves as General Counsel of Golden Goose S.p.A., being in charge of handling national and international legal matters concerning the company’s activity at group level worldwide, including focus on corporate, M&A and special projects, intellectual property, contracts, competition, consumer law, data protection.

Prior to the inhouse experience, she worked for more than 10 years in international law firms (Clifford Chance, Hogan Lovells, Bird&Bird) mainly managing corporate finance (IPO’s, bonds issue, rights issue, public tender offers) and M&A transactions.
