Mr. Niccolò Pallesi, aged 44, joined Ferretti Group as General Counsel on May 4, 2020 and is responsible for overseeing all legal, corporate and compliance affairs of the Group. Following the dual listing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Euronext Milan, Mr. Pallesi was appointed also Secretary of the Board of Directors. Mr. Pallesi obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Luiss Guido Carli University in 2004 in Italy, a master degree (LLM) in international tax law from the University of Leiden in 2006 in the Netherlands and a master degree (LLM) in business law from University of California Berkeley School of Law in 2007 in the US. Mr. Pallesi is admitted to the New York Bar Association and to the Italian Bar Association.
