Andrea has a significant experience in international law firms, mainly working on corporate, M&A and contractual matters. With a Master Degree (LL.M.) obtained in the US, at UC Berkeley, Andrea started his in house career at Bayer back in 2012. After a long term stay at Bayer HQ in Germany, Andrea moved to Campari with international responsibility for legal and compliance matters and then at Guess with global legal responsibility. Now currently working at FENDI (LVMH Group) as GC globally responsible legal, compliance, IP and Public Affairs. Two kids and a strong passion for sport.
