Courtney Brooks co-chairs Greenberg Traurig’s Immigration & Compliance Practice. She advises multinational companies, including retail and luxury brands, and emerging businesses on U.S. business immigration, employment-based visa and permanent residence matters, immigration compliance, government investigations, and global mobility. Courtney also counsels employers on I-9, H-1B, and LCA compliance, internal audits, training, and risk-mitigation strategies. Having lived, worked, and studied in Canada, France, and Italy, Courtney brings an international perspective to helping companies move executives and specialized talent across borders. She is fluent in Italian and proficient in French.
