Paola joined CBRE in 2024 as Sr Director, Head of Retail High Street Leasing for Italy. She leads the Retail Food & Beverage, Retail High Street Landlord, and Retail Occupiers teams, providing strategic advice on the marketing and leasing of retail spaces. The teams support both property owners and brands, with a particular focus on helping retailers expand and optimize their retail networks.

Paola brings extensive experience in retail real estate, spanning high street locations, outlets, and shopping centres, with a strong focus on the luxury sector. Prior to joining CBRE, she served as Real Estate Director Europe at Valentino S.p.A., and previously held the same role at Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l.
