Andrea Sellini is General Counsel and Investor Relations Manager at Bialetti Industrie S.p.A., where he leads the Group’s Legal Department and supports management in strategic operations, M&A, and corporate governance. He joined Bialetti in 2021 and, in 2023, took on the additional role of Investor Relations Manager while also becoming a member of the ESG and Whistleblowing Committees.

With a background spanning both law firms and industrial companies, he has developed solid expertise in international contracting, extraordinary transactions, and compliance, always with a focus on people and the value of teamwork.
