Representing corporate clients and financial investors, Ingrid is an experienced M&A practitioner who advises clients on their significant and complex transactions, often involving carve-outs and multiple jurisdictions, across broad range of sectors. Ingrid regularly advises clients on cross-border business activities between German- and French-speaking countries. She has developed a significant track record in the Consumer & Retail sector and is part of the Firm’s Consumer & Retail Industry Group’s leadership team with a passion for the luxury goods, fashion and lifestyle industry. Based in Frankfurt, Ingrid also spent time in the Firm's Palo Alto office as well as in the Legal M&A department of a leading global food and beverage company.
