Maneesha founded Graff Search in 2015 to provide a dedicated recruitment service specifically for in-house legal market. Originally a real estate lawyer, Maneesha moved into the recruitment industry initially in Melbourne and then London in 2007. Maneesha has a long standing professional association and genuine interest in the luxury sector, having recruited lawyers at all levels for luxury brands, from paralegals and Legal Counsels to General Counsels and Heads of Legal. She enjoys working in the luxury sector and respects that being in luxury runs far deeper than being just “a job” for all those in the sector.
