George Bouvier is the Executive Director of Academia Cerebra – a multidisciplinary education consultancy for the luxury, fashion and creative industries- and advises companies and organisations as a retained consultant and/or non-executive director.

He read Management Sciences at Manchester University (MSc award) and Business Analysis at Lancaster University and has worked for European luxury brands including Yves St. Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Vivienne Westwood.

He has held a number of academic leadership posts for international universities in the UK (Director of Executive Education at the London College of Fashion) and Italy (International Development Director at Polimoda) and has advised national institutions (University Central Admissions System in the UK), and international institutions (European Commission) as a consultant on Higher Education Fashion and Creative industries.

He has contributed to Vogue magazine, Times, South China Morning Post and academic events and conferences. He is based in Milan and chairs the Luxury Plus Summit promoting inclusivity, innovation and visionary Higher Education that prepares the next generation of 21st Century luxury fashion executives.
