Lena Saltos is Deputy General Counsel at The Museum of Modern Art in New York, where she leads licensing, marketing, IP, and brand partnerships that bridge culture, retail, and luxury. She previously counseled URBN brands (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, Nuuly, Terrain) on commercial matters, branded partnerships and collaborations. At MoMA she structures global collaborations and supports MoMA Design Store expansion, while building AI governance programs. A former trustee of the Copyright Society, Lena serves on the Luxury Education Foundation Alumni Council and brings pragmatic, business-first counsel to high-growth retail and licensing initiatives.
