Cristina del Valle is Senior Associate General Counsel at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, where she oversees intellectual property legal matters which include those relating to copyright, artists’ rights, trademark, advertising, and the First Amendment. Cristina advises the Museum on legal issues involving merchandising, licensing, publishing, digital initiatives, information systems and technology, press, procurement, food and beverage, filming and educational programs.

She is a graduate of Smith College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Before joining the Museum she was an associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges.
