Aréal Allen-Lee is a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in product development, regulatory compliance, and nonprofit leadership. She currently serves as Director, Product Regulatory Counsel at Hermès of Paris, where she leads U.S. product compliance, supports global product development and corporate projects, and manages sustainability initiatives.

Previously, Aréal was Senior Director, Product and Regulatory at Ross Stores, Inc., where she led cross-functional efforts on consumer product compliance, risk management, and international growth. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Global Cards Compliance at Citibank, contributing to global compliance frameworks and advising on product development across international markets. Her early experience includes legal and compliance roles at MetLife, Macy’s, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Beyond her legal work, Aréal is an active civic leader. She is President of Friends of the Metropolitan Black Bar Association and has served organizations including the Apollo Theater, NYC Bar Association, and the Junior League of Brooklyn. Areal is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Aréal holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
