Jonathan Seiden, an attorney and business affairs executive with over 20 years of experience, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Endeavor since July 2016. In this capacity, he oversees the global Intellectual Property practice and leads the legal and business affairs team for IMG Licensing, Endeavor’s licensing business. Previously, from November 2014 to June 2016, Seiden was the Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs at SFX Entertainment, Inc., where he advised on live events, brand integration, sponsorship deals, and more. His career also includes a role as Vice President at CORE Media Group Inc., the parent company 19 Entertainment, the producer of American Idol and Elvis Presley Enterprises, where Seiden served as its General Counsel. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Seiden started his legal career in Skadden Arp’s Intellectual Property and Technology Group.
