Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 4 or more weeks before event – full refund less 20% handling charge
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before event – no refund is available, although an alternate delegate can be sent as a substitute. Alternatively the booking can be transferred to the 2024 event. All cancellations must be confirmed clearly in writing to azimkarimjee@globalcitymedia.com.
Physical Event Cancellation due to US government restrictions on live events
Where the US government introduces such restrictions whereby a physical event cannot be held, the event will be postponed until 2024. All delegate bookings will be valid for the 2024 event at 2023 rates.
