Vinita is an employment partner at DLA Piper and works in all areas of employment law (contentious and non-contentious), advising primarily employers on transactions, litigation strategy, contracts and HR policy.

In recent years, Vinita has developed in-depth experience of employment issues arising in the fashion, retail, hospitality and luxury brand sectors. In particular, she works in solving employees disputes, providing strategic advice and facilitating senior executive terminations and truly understands the sensitivities and challenges around these topics for clients operating within the luxury sector, given the fast pace of change and innovation.

Vinita also has extensive experience in redundancy and change programmes and advising on discrimination cases. Her client portfolio includes a luxury chain of hotels, an international retailer of high end body, fragrance and home care products as well as notable fashion brands.
