Victoria Orlowski

Victoria R. Orlowski is Managing Counsel at the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
In her role as Managing Counsel, she supervises the eight case management teams at the Secretariat and works closely with the Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General and General Counsel to develop and maintain practices and ensure quality and consistency in administration of arbitrations conducted under the ICC Rules of Arbitration.
She formerly headed the case management team that principally handles arbitrations involving common law jurisdictions, particularly the United States and Canada. Ms. Orlowski earned her law degree from Cornell Law School, where she specialized in international legal studies and was Managing Editor of the Cornell International Law Journal.
She is also a graduate of Emory University, where she studied English literature and Japanese language and culture. Before coming to the ICC, Ms. Orlowski was an associate in the litigation department at White & Case LLP in New York City. Ms. Orlowski is admitted to the New York State Bar.
