Toby is the UK and Rest of World managing director of on-demand jet charter platform, Fly Victor. He joined the start-up as their first sales executive in 2012 and has been instrumental leading the company’s fast growth, making the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 for the past four consecutive years.

Victor is an ARGUS certified charter broker with a fully-transparent, subscription-free, on-demand marketplace, allowing members to swiftly check pricing options and aircraft specifics before booking the flights they need. Toby is particularly passionate about great customer service, transparency and environmental innovation.

Before joining the firm, Toby began his career at VWA Search, recruiting for a broad range of organisations in the financial services sector, pharmaceuticals, management consultancy and the media. He earned a BSc in Geography from the University of Oxford Brookes. Toby is an avid sports fan, runner, and Ironman triathlete.
