Stefania Geraci is Vice President and North America General Counsel of Luxottica, a world leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of fashion, luxury, sports and performance eyewear.

Stefania provides counseling in support of strategic business objectives across multiple business units, including overseeing worldwide protection of key brands like Ray-Ban, Oakley and Oliver Peoples; commercial transactions with retail hosts Target, Macys and Sears; North American distribution of products from brand partners like Chanel, Prada and Dolce & Gabbana; and Luxottica’s global privacy.

Stefania was appointed to her current role in December 2017 after joining Luxottica as IP Counsel in 2006. Today, Stefania manages a legal department consisting of four Centers of Excellence, Intellectual Property, Business Services and Real Estate, Labor & Employment, Litigation and Government Affairs, and Regulatory, and she continues to provide hands-on support to the business, with the added goal of managing a dynamic, collaborative team.

Stefania is a graduate of The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and received her B.A. in Political Science from Barnard College, Columbia University. Born in Italy and raised in New York, Stefania combines a love of fashion with a no-nonsense attitude to deliver results in a demanding global business.
