Paul Sternberg has recently been appointed as Chief Executive of the Global Luxury Alliance, an international network for luxury executives focusing on the adaptation of new business models and leadership for innovation, creativity and sustainability in the luxury sector. Prior to this Paul was the Director of Design Innovation and Postgraduate Studies at Ravensbourne University London where he established the Institute for Creativity and Technology focusing on design, innovation and technology as drivers for leadership and wellbeing across the creative economy.
Paul has held several senior leadership roles in companies such as Channel 4 Television Corporation, Business in the Community and the National Endowment for Science Technology and the Arts (NESTA). He is also a social founder and philanthropist having been involved in setting up social ventures such as Action for Happiness, The Media Trust, Key4Life and the international arts programme, Arts Over Borders.
Paul passionately believes that the luxury terrain is fertile ground for brand and service innovation and that courageous interventions in the headroom of the luxury industry can effect meaningful change for positive social good.
