Owen Smith
Owen is co-chair of BFKN’s Motor Vehicle and Antitrust & Commercial Competition Groups. Owen counsels and litigates on behalf of automobile, motorcycle, and powersports manufacturers and distributors, including Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Lamborghini, Bentley, Mercedes, and Triumph Motorcycles, among others, as well as captive finance companies, in industry-specific distribution and franchise matters, such as buy-sell transactions and rights of first refusal, establishments and relocations, terminations, incentive programs, facility programs, sales performance standards, and allocation practices.
